With extensive experience in operational leadership and stakeholder engagement, NiQuisha specializes in developing and executing workforce initiatives that enhance economic mobility and job readiness.
Since joining Grant Associates, NiQuisha has been instrumental in driving program innovation, ensuring compliance with Business Services, WIOA,SNAP, NCP and Choices/TANF frameworks, and fostering partnerships with workforce boards, employers, and community organizations. Leveraging expertise in data analytics, team leadership, and strategic planning, NiQuisha has successfully optimized workforce programs to meet evolving labor market demands.
