NOTICE:  Notice is hereby given that statement of qualifications will be received by Grant Associates, for a Motivational Interviewing Training provider by filing with Grant Associates at the above email address.

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:  Grant Associates, a national workforce development company, is seeking request for qualifications for providers of motivational interviewing training to support our managers working in multiple states.

QUALIFICATIONS:  This project will require the Motivational Interviewing Training Provider to have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated competency in providing motivational interviewing training to workforce or social services staff
  • Qualifications to provide services
  • Reasonableness of the fee for services
  • History of supporting workforce development programs
  • Ability to meet with both corporate leadership in New York City and with local staff in designated cities in-person or virtually

Any proprietary information revealed in the proposal should, therefore, be clearly identified as such.

SIGNATURES:  RFQs shall be signed by one of the legally authorized officers of said firm.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluations will be based on the criteria listed below:

  • Demonstrated competency in providing motivational interviewing training services to workforce programs
  • Qualifications to provide services
  • Reasonableness of the fee for services including but not limited to:
    • 2 Day Intensive Training (Online)
    • Half-Day Refresher Training (Online)
    • Stand-alone seminars (Online)
    • 1 on 1 coaching sessions (Online and in-person)
  • History of supporting workforce development programs
  • Ability to meet with both corporate leadership in New York City and with local staff in designated cities in-person or virtually

Grant Associates may select a limited number of Responders for telephone interviews before the selection committee.
