02 Mar DC TANF Job Placement Program and Corporate Performance Analytics and Validation Unit Receive 2019 President’s Award for Commitment to Quality
President Doug Cotter presented the President’s Award for Commitment to Quality for 2019 to the DC TANF Job Placement team and the Corporate Performance Analytics and Validation Unit team last week. Now in its fourth year, the President’s Award evaluation includes metrics from the quarterly quality progress reviews and feedback from the corporate departments including Finance, HR, Training, and PAVU.
Thanks to the dedication of Director Jeremy Lares, the managers, and the consistent efforts from all the staff members, the DC TANF JP Program team has claimed the award for an amazing year. The program delivers work readiness, job placement, retention services and barrier remediation assistance to customers in partnership with a roster of best-in-class community- and faith-based service providers.
This year, Grant Associates’ executive team was also excited to recognize the Corporate Performance Analytics and Validation Unit (PAVU) team for their commitment to quality. Through Vice President Peter Kondratowicz’s leadership, the PAVU team has demonstrated how a strong commitment to customer service, attention to metrics, and a focus on process improvements and enhancements can ensure quality and integrity across the company.
The DC TANF and PAVU teams enjoyed lunch with Doug Cotter, and each member of the teams will receive one extra PTO day. Congratulations to Jeremy Lares, Peter Kondratowicz, and their teams!
