Congratulations to Grant Associates’ Newest GLDI Graduates!

Grant Associates would like to congratulate the newest graduates of the Grant Leadership Development Initiative (GLDI)! Now in its third year, twenty-four staff members were part of this year’s cohort and received their certificates. GLDI is a program designed to equip future leaders with the tools and training to grow their leadership abilities. The GLDI is designed for employees who want to strengthen, advance, and hone their leadership skills in order to increase their ability to grow their influence both within Grant Associates and within their workforce community. So far, three staff members who have completed the program have moved into director-level leadership positions within Grant Associates.

The GLDI offers a results-oriented development structure and incorporates various training experiences including monthly cohort meetings, group discussions, internal and external speakers, behavioral assessments, and a capstone innovation project. Two cohorts of employees will be accepted for 2020, one consisting of non-managers who demonstrate significant leadership potential and a second cohort for existing managers who wish to continue their professional development.

Grant Associates is deeply committed to the professional development of its staff and is pleased to offer the GLDI to employees as one of many pathways available to those interested in professional development and leadership.
