Government is repositioning service delivery to recognize business as an important customer of the workforce system. The Workforce Investment Act, itself, calls for the public workforce system to be business driven. Based on experience with leading edge businesses, Grant Associates offers governments assistance in building their capacity to serve the business customer. In addition Grant Associates offers strategic input to governments on crafting strategies that educate businesses about the benefits of workforce development.
