Grant Associates provides no cost employment services in New York City, Rhode Island and Atlanta Georgia for people who are unemployed or who are employed and want to change or move up in their careers.


Our programs include:

• One-stop services for adults under the Workforce Investment Act
• Training and placement for displaced workers, unemployed workers and welfare recipients
• Programs for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment
• Youth Programs
• Training programs for Food Services, Office Solutions and Customer Service

Placement

We have relationships with over one thousand mainstream companies. Chances are that we have an open position that suits you right now.

We are always recruiting for food service, document management, maintenance, security, customer service, driving, retail and clerical positions. We also provide no-cost training in most of these areas. If you have other skills, our professional staff will work to find a job match that makes the most of your interest, experience and ability.

Assessment

We also do assessment and testing that helps you make informed career choices. Or you can use our resource room, where an experienced manager will assist you in doing job search on your own.

Retention

After you get a job, we provide support and career counseling to help you stay employed and move up in your career. We offer incentives for people who stay on the job for specified periods. And if you do stay, but want to change jobs later, or you lose your job, we will help you get another one. In short, if you qualify for our programs and play by the rules of Grant Associates, we are your employment connection for life.

Training

Our training programs incorporate classroom instruction and structured internships, always in partnership with a major company. All of our programs are covered under the Workforce Investment Act.
