Philadelphia Program Achieves Important First

Opportunity Calls, Grant Associates’ new customer service/call center training program in Philadelphia, finished its first class on October 29th with a 100% completion rate. In addition, 75% of participants received job offers before the training was even completed. Wells Fargo and Nordstrom were among the companies hiring graduates of the program.
