Staffing. Whether you want to fill one position or hundreds, Grant Associates can find candidates who meet your requirements. Retention. Finding employees is only part of what we do. Because turnover is costly, we offer a number of free services to help businesses retain their people. We will hold focus groups for your employees and give you their feedback, which can be used to improve retention. We can work with you to create an environment that encourages growth. If you have low-income employees, our trained professionals will provide you with information – or even conduct on-site workshops – on ways they can boost their incomes through the Earned Income Tax Credit, food stamps, subsidized healthcare, and dozens of other public benefits. |
