Who We Are
Grant Associates is a private company committed to improving the communities where we work through services for people and businesses. We have worked with governments, businesses and educators for more than a decade to make people better prepared, more productive employees. We are a women-owned business operating in New York, Georgia and Rhode Island.

What We Do
Grant Associates provides human capital development. We provide people with the training, education, ongoing support and, most importantly, the jobs they need to continuously learn, advance and earn more money. We also provide businesses with no-cost staffing and human capital development services as well as access to financing, incentives, and other resources to help them grow.

Why We’re Different
The professional connections we make with businesses and the breadth of business services we provide put us in a unique position. Grant Associates is the only provider of human capital development that fully engages businesses in active partnership with government to build the capacity of the workforce.

Why Use Our Services
We deliver! Whether you’re a government agency, a business, or an individual looking for employment or training, Grant Associates will get you to your goals and deliver on what we promise. Our results speak for themselves.
